2021 Rosillo Rosé

The 2021 Rosillo Rosé is a light-colored wine with notable acidity and a tense structure. Using a direct-pressing technique with the highest quality grapes from our top Syrah blocks led to a perfect balance of acidity, structure and concentration. The wine is fresh and juicy, with notes of tea and tobacco leaves as well as fruity and earthy aromas of raspberries and mushrooms.
