2021 Tobiano Pinot Noir

The 2021 Tobiano comes from older vineyards planted in 1998. Thanks to the deep rich soil of our farm, this wine provides a great first impression of the Casablanca Valley. Because of the plantation location, these grapes get a warmer climate and a better ripeness. These factors give the vintage special fruity notes, like strawberries and canned cherries, accompanied by fresh spices. In turn, the wine fills the mouth with a delicate and light structure.
