The 2022 Lucero Syrah has a wild and rugged character, reflecting the nonconformity of a challenging and unpredictable harvest year. A well-structured wine with high tannins cut by a juiciness that is bright and enduring in the mouth. Aromas of blueberry, fig, and mature plum and, on the palate, notes of black pepper, merquén, rosemary, and light wood- an interplay of flavors that endow the wine with a roundness and complexity.
