2023 Cariblanco Sauvignon Blanc

The summer of 2023 saw a number of intense heat waves contributing to the unique maturity of this year’s Cariblanco Sauvignon Blanc. The wine has a balanced acidity and great structure forged during the five months it spent aging in stainless steel with its lees. Aromas of stone fruits such as apricot and peach, and on the palate, these same notes nuanced by hints of white flowers and lychee. A wine of great versatility with unique depth and length in the mouth.
